These terms of service apply for one time orders or return customers only. Personalised ToS can be created for long term contracts ONLY. Unless agreed otherwise beforehand (in which case a personalised contract will be drafted) you agree to this ToS upon paying an invoiceGENERAL
I will perform tasks to the best of my ability, but I accept no responsibility for unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to equipment failure, power outages, inability to attend and perform services due to illness, and/or any other situation beyond control. In the event that unforeseen circumstances occur, delays will have to be issued if not possible a full or partial refund can occur.Video edits may not be altered without explicit permission from me. this includes adding effects/zooms/blurs/coloring/etc.No outside raw files (aka: another editors half completed work) will be accepted unless I am allowed contact to the previous editor. This will be to discuss file layouts/ organization only.All footage required (VODS,Clips, PNG, Emotes) will be provided by the client.PAYMENTS
All payments must be made in full before I start ANY work on the project. All payments will be provided to myself. Upon fulfilling the invoice, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.All payments are non-refundable once the editing process has begun unless the order is cancelled by myself.REVISIONS
Products that have already been delivered are no longer allowed for revisions.There are up to 3 free revisions before I have to charge additional. $10 per each revision request.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Depending on amount ordered shorts can take any where from 1-5 days. Depending on amount ordered long form can take any where from 2 weeks - 2 months. Rushed commissions are allowed but will cost an extra sales taxREFUNDS
Refunds can be processed if I fail to meet a specified deadline but no other full refunds will be administered. If you have any questions, please send a messageCOMMUNICATION

You may post the edited work on other socials Do not re-edit my work: I do offer to fix things myself. Ill behavior (ex: speaking poorly of my work especially behind my back, otherwise inappropriate) is considered grounds for declining a commission and blacklisting the client. Acknowledges the edit behind your commissioned work has other responsibilities that may interfere with their work. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that I will take my time.
Acknowledges that failure to these terms, or to any of the other guidelines mentioned, will result in an immediate decline to your commission.I, THE EDITOR...
Maintain all rights to creativeness is to my work under the name "potionbrew" Reserve the right to cancel the order at any time for any reason. Will take as much time as I need to fulfill the commission, depending on the complexity. I Reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my socials
